This disease effects so many including our sweet buddy Silas and babies like him. Please come out to Woody’s Tavern March 3rd, 2018 and help us raise funds to find a cure. All proceeds will go to the TS Alliance to fund research and helping those afflicted.

If you wish to sponsor the event with a individual or business donation for our silent auction please contact Amanda Lawson or Gayle Howe

Silas spends an average of a 3-4 days in the hospital about once a month. He still suffers from cluster seizures (back to back seizures). The medications for this disease (without insurance) are anywhere from a few hundred to almost two thousand. And there’s no specific medical billing and coding for TS so even with insurance parents like Silas’ still have to fight. The money donated goes towards families in need through coordination with the alliance.

Sometimes simple things can make a huge difference. Like simple steps, taken by caring people on a mission to improve the lives of those living with tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC). Step Forward to Cure TSC is the TS Alliance’s largest national fundraising program, featuring a series of walks organized by local volunteers and families who are affected by TSC. Successfully launched in more than 30 communities across the United States, this grassroots effort not only generates vital funds for TSC research and support programs but also raises awareness about this disorder. We will be posting links to donate as soon as walk dates are announced.
